Hi Tracy, I got my bag today. The bag looks so pretty! I love it! The only problem is the studs on the bottom. They put the sticker wrapped those studs to protect them. However, when I remove the stickers, the stick stuff still left on the surface of the studs. It really took my a while to clean them, and still some left there. But since they are at the bottom, I don’t think it’s a big problem. Overall, nice bag. Thank you very much for your patient and help.
