    I love love this bag! It is as good as the pictures and more. But what I love the most is the amazing customer service. Tracy is just wonderful to deal with. I asked if they could make my bag with white stitching and they did without question. I asked for pre -shipment photos and when I wasn’t satisfied they fixed everything I had concerns about and sent me new pictures and made sure I was completely satisfied before they ship the bag to me. I know this is a replica but customer service like that is not something to take lightly especially since they don’t really deal with customers face to face. Now I am on to my next order. I can’t wait to see what their Birkin’s look like!!! Keep up the good work and the excellent customer service. It truly is rare.
